hey, I think I missed posting yesterday. 13.65 km with 6 X 1200 meter intervals. It hurt. ha.

3.4 miles this late morning, after getting back from the DMV where my son passed (!!!) his driver's test. We now have three drivers in our house. I am so relieved. His driving will be a tremendous help to me.

This has definitely been a whacky weather week!  Tuesday it was almost 70 (F), yesterday it was in the high 30s, cloudy, and crazy windy, then today it was probably not much warmer, but sunny and much less windy.  Definitely a nice day to run, so I got 4 miles in...

I took off just over 36 hours Tuesday to last night. That seemed to help my priformis issues somewhat. Now I’m just debating if I want to finish this out or take a few days off from running to see if that helps.

Do what is best. IF walking works do that. If not then no reason to hurt yourself.

Another mile. It sounds so little, but this week I might hit my high from last summer. I feel great too!

Did a short loop this evening -- 1.3 miles. I whacked my toe last night, and it looks horrible. But running was actually less painful than limping around all day. Go figure.

I'm sorry you're in pain. I've not had priformis problems, so I have no advice to offer. Frown

I so feel your pain!!!  I have struggled with piriformis issues off and on for the last 10+ years.  Even when it feels good, I can still feel it.  I stretch, I roll on a ball and make do.  It doesn't hinder my running at all, but it's always there.  Frustrating isn't it?!

3.1 today.  I was thinking of doing a 5k tomorrow but decided to knock one out today instead.

I stopped at the gym on my way home last night for a quick mile on the treadmill.  5K tonight...  It's in Seneca Falls, NY which claims to be the inspiration for It's a Wonderful Life.  The race starts just as it's getting dark on "the bridge" and then runs a big loop finishing through downtown.  They hand out bells to put on your shoes and lots of people dress up (Santa hats, angel wings, reindeer antlers, elf costumes, gingerbread men, etc).  I'm going with reindeer antlers this year because it's supposed to be warmer than last year (wore a Santa hat last year).

An easy 7 miles in this afternoon. It felt pretty good. Tomorrow will be chilly here. I am planning on a 3 mile run. I am on track for 100 miles this month, which is big for me.

3.3 miles done this morning. 17f with wind chill. I am glad that's done. It's not going to get any warmer, and there may be snow later. I hope everyone has a great day today. Stay warm.
