Hold the phone...you have rings at work? What do you do and are they hiring?

I know, right?  I often wonder what everyone hanging out on BT midday during the week does for work.  I sit in an office at a computer 8-4 and sneak onto BT any chance I get.  If you don't see me for a few days or a week you know I must be slammed Yell

I've been known to do random exercises at my desk also (though none with rings).  Wait a minute...........I can do that transverse abdominal squeeze you were talking about like 1000 times a day just sitting here "working"!!  Sweet, that counts, right???!!!

HAHAHA!

When I was active duty, I had one of those "cush" jobs in the hospital. No rings for us, but we did have a gym in the basement I used at lunch. And since I was active duty, no one thought twice of me doing lunges up and down the halls or squats in between patients. Can't get away with that at a civilian place!

Erin,
You did'nt tell them that was after Insanity! And I somehow convinced myself to be dragged into this...although I still want some more definition of what "core" entails. Either way I have the last 2 days out of the way already, but will have to make up a few i suppose!
