I'd rather hang out with drinky vs. stabby.

You can hide the bottle....it's hard to hide the body. Unless you have a boiler room and/or a furnace.

Nope, see next year my three boys will be at 3 different schools which all start at 3 different times, so training for an IM will be very difficult.

 Plus B-Rad needs more time

You want a piece Lisa????  Plenty of time

Did anyone watch the debate between Ken Ham and Bill Nye about Creationism the other night? I figured there would be a thread, but not sure if it is a TAN or a Political Joe type of thread.

i haven't had a chance to watch it yet (it's on the youtube) but the articles i've read about it made both guys come off pretty poorly.

sounds more political joe-y though, to me.

I thought it was interesting, but I doubt anyone would declare that there was a winner. To me, it seemed like Nye did not prepare as well as Ham.

Big question is, what kind of wine?

TAN poll: Favorite wines?

Me: "Zinful Cab" from Grey Wolf Cellars

I just opened a bottle of pinot noir. Something about cozying up under a blanket with a glass of wine when it's cold outside!

6.5 hours sleep last night. Straight. My favorite Pink song plays on the radio on the way to the subway. Get on the subway and its practically empty. I feel like I won the lotto. Almost.

Foot note to wine people- Spanish riojas. They're the best.

i prefer the taste of reds, but tend to drink pinot grigio to avoid the hangover/teeth staining.  for christmas my husband bought me a red blend called "sexy wine bomb" that was JUST FREAKING DELICIOUS.  current fave.

last night i ate my weight in sushi instead of drinking...

I've been drinking blended reds lately.

Conundrum Red
Coppolla Claret
Nero D'avola
Apothic Red
Project Paso

Had a very nice bottle of Lan Rioja with lamb chops the other night.

Get the Vivino app to catalog your wines so you can remember what you liked and didn't like. LOVE that app!

Never been a big wine fan.

Liquor either makes me Sir Handsy McGetnaked or Dr. Punch Cusserson

I'll take beer any day.

Guess this just means that Meh and I will never have a shot.

doing shots makes me Pukey McSlosherson

wine, margaritas, or beers.  that's where i like to live.  and the occasional red bull vodka which brings me back to woo-girl days.
