With the knee injury it was highly recommended I DO NOT RUN at all at least until the marathon, and the doc says I should probably bag the race. I'm holding out hope I'll be able to get through it, though. Anyway I can't run or bike because of the knee, so it looks like lots and lots of pool swims and TONS of lifting for awhile. I figure if I'm going to gain weight, it might as well be muscle. Get back to me ol' self!
