I'm holding out hope I'll be able to get through it, though. Anyway I can't run or bike because of the knee, so it looks like lots and lots of pool swims and TONS of lifting for awhile. I figure if I'm going to gain weight, it might as well be muscle. Get back to me ol' self! Dude. Bag the race. You have done marathon's before. You do NOT want to f**k up a knee for the race.
