Was in Orlando at the home builders show.  Attendance was waaay down, but a productive week for me. 

Did not do much in the way of training, as standing in our booth for 8+ hrs a day on top of going out with customers for the evenings made for some looong days.  I did manage to get out one morning for a 4 miler. 

I remember a conversation we had here a few weeks back when someone was asking what to wear under running tights (for men).  Well, I forgot my jock strap and decide to go commando as someone had recommended.  Really didn't think anything about it until I got back.  I guess the seam down the front of my tights would have made a great cheese grater.  Put me out of commission for a couple of days.

Hopefully will be able to get a good day's training in tomorrow and get caught up.

That was wthout the windchill. It was a little brezzy but all good.

Congrats. Rogers played amazing last night. Ryan made afew bad decision as well. that pass before the half to get more yardage for the field goal turned interception sealed the deal.
Hey, the Seahawks may host them next weekend for the NFC final??
