Apparently not. However, I did take last night off so Im feeling better about pizza again. I'm sure it will all change after getting on/off on my bike tonight.

There was a thread about libido and training a few years back. Lots of comments from the womenz about time/intensity on the bike and lack of desire for pizza. It's either that your leg muscles are so freaking sore from riding for hours on end, or your crotch just HURTS from being in the saddle for hours on end... so sad!

(I've ridden my bike once since September )

So my legs and biscuit hurt and all, but the worst part is just being tired. WAY too tired for anything other than actual sleeping when I get home. Oh and don't worry that I now go to bed every single night at 8:45. There are only so many hours in the day.
Who knew that doing an ironman would turn you into such a wussy. It's like I don't even KNOW you anymore!
Im feeling so lost... but you should see my quads... haha

I'm sure you have a camera.  No reason not to post pics.

Will do. Once I can finally take the time to charge the batteries in my camera. Mental note.

Being tired all the time takes a lot out of you.  It's frustrating.  I don't even have IM training as an excuse.

It's not as frustrating for me as my wife.  Like last night, she was doing everything to talk me into staying up to watch Superstars of Dance or some other nonsense.  She was disapointed I went to bed at 9:30.

BTW, I hate pacific time zone and the stupid prime time TV hours.  Primetime in the central and mountain is 7-10.  8-11 here.  I can never stay up to watch the news at 11.  Or even shows that start at 10.  (unless I gave up working out)

I tried this morning, but apparently last night's dinner + workout left me with no energy to get out of bed.  Need to eat more.

I need to eat less, but I worry what that will do to my energy level...

I ate some stuff from the local hippie food store that's basically soy beans.  I wasn't very hungry, but I also hadn't worked out before dinner.
