Time for a dip in the pool and a frozen drink...

I'm single for the next 5 days...  I should look for some trouble to get into...  Or some bad company, at the least.

Then again, you probably already have too many half-Asian sex fiends on your hands.

Awww poor thing ... sadly I'm trying to keep myself very busy these days, so I'm actually occupied. Not with anything good, really, just occupied.

It's better than committing homicide?

Sprint_DA - 2009-05-09 3:47 PM From CNN.

NAIROBI, Kenya (CNN) -- A Kenyan man has sued activists who called on women to boycott sex to protest the growing divide in the nation's coalition government.

James Kimondo said the seven-day sex ban, which ended this week, resulted in stress, mental anguish, backaches and lack of sleep, his lawyer told the state-run Kenya Broadcasting Corp.

That's awesome!

He would of NEVER survied my 11 year marriage...

Bizzare dreams last night. I was being chased by killers at my old workplace. We'd hide, then be discovered and run. Also, we swam in a polluted river to escape. Me (and a few others) could only see them and the markings on the floor which read:

171
T
U
R
K
E
Y

I have no idea what it means, other than the part about feeling like I was being killed off from the place I worked for 26 years.

bcart1991 - 2009-05-09 8:51 AM Hey y'all. I taco'd the Hades out of my mtb wheel yesterday. I actually impressed myself with this one.

Do tell...  How did you do that?

First mistake was leaving my gloves in the car.

Heading down a quick-ish downhill section, I felt my hand slipping. Instinctively grabbed a little more tightly, which included some front brake.

Went over the front/side, nothing unusual. Got up, brushed my self off, and my back wheel wouldn't spin. Even with the V-brake open, it wouldn't spin.

Pic of carnage: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/bcart1991/Bike%20pics/DSC011...

Luckily I have a spare rear wheel. Still gonna get a replacement wheel, and also another rim to rebuild this one. Woot.

I've never been into Star Trek, but the adverts for the new one do look pretty decent.  I might even rent it when it comes out.

On an unrelated note, what's up tonight TANers?

Hey, Chad!

I thought we were going to be able to disperse with this TAN this weekend, but apparently not. Guess I wasn't on enough

I really like that you said "advert." Coolness.

I'm dealing with gigantic changes in my life and also trying to sort out everything I sold on eBay to get shipped off tomorrow.

Gigantic changes sound interesting.  Also not a bad name for a rock band.  And for what ever reason, I tend to say advert fairly routinely.  Maybe it's because I say advertisement like "ad-VERT-iss-mint" and not "ad-ver-TIZE-mint" like most people I know.

So who does the TAN dispersal and re-creationing?

Interesting is a word for it. I'd be more open to gigantic changes if I hadn't already been through two weeks of bad ones.

I say adVERTissment too! Good on ya. I see that you spell it "colour" as well (in another thread). Are you a closet Brit or something?

As soon as TAN hits 85 pages, it's time for a new one. It's fair game ... anyone can just go forth and start the new one with the right number and a catchy title. Or a dumb one. This is TAN, after all. The mods will freeze the old one fairly quickly.

I am a closet Brit.  I drink the tea, I spell things their way, I even try to follow a bad football club, and listen to radio 1, and watch Torchwood.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had 2 weeks of bad changes.  I'd offer a hug, but you really don't know me, and I'd hate to creep you out at this time of night.

And cool on the 85 pages.  I had thought it was 80, but was mistaken.  Obviously.

And weren't you rocking a different avatar the other day?

I had a proper British schooling overseas (in Indonesia) ... was quite a change to adjust to the States when I first came!

Thanks for the sweet thoughts. Oh, and I take all hugs. Believe me, after the last two weeks, there really isn't anything you could do to creep me out more ...

HA!  You are doing even better than I am..  I can't even seem to make myself call my credit card company and complain about a BS service fee..

I don't know about that. I'm getting pretty close to banging my head against the wall because it seems to make more sense than everything that's going on right now. Or becoming the crazy running man in Chad's avatar.

But for your love and kindness ...
