Rynamite - 2008-08-01 9:28 AM Never had a professional massage. I've had girlfriends massage my shoulders and back... but don't particularly like it.

Most girls give p*ssy massages. You really have to dig. I have no qualms about digging underneath someone's shoulderblades.

wait... there are girls who use their....

oh... you mean that word as in "weak"... I had another image going on in my head entirely.

 nevermind.

jd... LOVE the new avatar...

Stewie (to one of the prostitutes at Cleveland's house): So, is there any tread left on the tires? Or at this point would it be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?

-B

My favorite was when Brian borrowed money from him and didn't pay him back - so he went all "Sopranos" on him.

cami bee - 2008-08-01 9:26 AM Beside PT the only other person to give me a massage was a friend of mine who had been certified. I've done the ice bath a time or two, it helps but I find it best not to get into that state in the first place.

Eh, the time I did the full on ice bath, I wasn't in serious hurt. I'd ridden 50 miles, which was the longest I'd ridden in one day. So I tried it out to see if it would help. I did feel pretty good the next day. Mostly, though I ice my legs after running.

I've gone with ice for injuries.  That's about it.

Sprint_DA - 2008-08-01 8:32 AM JD, the evil Stewie is a bit of a departure from the racing frog.

Stewie is awesome.  I had to retire the frog.  Reasons will remain a mystery.

I like Stewie. The frog kinda looked like it had boobs.

The frog did have boobs - It was a girl frog.

Hello, mother. I come bearing a gift. I'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster.

So I am supposed to give blood today... Should I do my 5-mile run (at tempo) before I donate?  Just curious... anyone?

Before.  You're not supposed to exercise after.  Too much stress on your body.
