April challenge? Multisport? (Page 7)

Run: 100 miles Swim: 3000 yards I know the swim goal seems wimpy, but I haven't been swimming at all the last 2 months. Any team is fine with me.

I havent declared goals yet but I have a question first... for the swim/bike/run can we declare number of sessions like with weights or do they need to be time/distance?

 

Cat, I don't see any problem with having sessions for swim, bike, run.

I really can be on any team I just want talking team! I do talk to myself a lot.
