Week 3 day 3.  22,30,20,20,28  = 120

Really, I'm afraid to look at week 4.  I almost hope I'm in column 2 and not 3.

You're looking like a column 3 kind of girl to me off of those numbers! Hope to do Week 5 Day 3 tonight but ran a 10K in the mud and rain today so may be feeling a bit tuckered out later so will have to see. If not will do it on Sunday.

Man I just took a second look at the plan. I just realized that in weeks 5 and 6 the number of sets goes form 5 to 9?!? Thats just scary.

Week 2, day 1- 9,11,8,8,24

I've noticed my form is getting better, and the pushups are getting harder. Feeling stronger all the time though

I was thinking to myself it was odd that the total # of push ups was going down in week 5 but had convinced myself it was all part of some master, magic plan!

Week 2, Day 1

14, 14, 10, 10, 9, 6 = 63

I struggled big time today from the 3rd set on. I even collapsed on the last set and had to do a 6th to finsh the min. For the first time I warmed up with the Core #1 from this forum. Do you think that was the issue or am i just reaching my limits?

I restarted week three after missing all of last week. I'm rededicating myself to this challenge. No more excuses.

I'm late to the party, but I did the assessment late last week and started the program on Week 3, Day 1 last night.

I actually did these yesterday but didn't get the chance to log them so here goes....

Week 4 Day 1

12/14/11/10/18 = 65

Ok, so my last one on my max was pretty ugly but I got up and that's all that counts, right?!

Ok.  Today was so hard that I had to jump to column 2 even though I should have been in column 3 based on my max.

21,25,21, 16 (where I jumped to column 2), 25

So, what should I do??  Should I stay in column 2, repeat week 3? help!

WEEK4, DAY1: 12,14,11,10,20(max)

It's tough, but I got through it.... I was even able to do a couple of more on the last set than the requiremen.

I agree with Colesdad...stay in column 2.  If you find yourself still struggling then you can repeat next week!

Week 4 Day 2 Done!

14/16/12/12/20 = 74

Seriously?  Is my math right?  I'm almost afraid to admit that this wasn't as hard as the last couple of times have been...could it be that I'm getting stronger?!  I guess we shall see come this weeks assessment time, huh?!

Week 2, Day 2

14, 16, 12, 12, 11, 5= 70

This is the second time I failed to get to the min on my final set. I guess i'll drop to the second colum for now. I feel like a girly-man. On the bright side every day I do this I am breaking my personal record for pushup done in a day. Wow 70 who would have thought...
