What is a race bonus?Sometimes you get to count your race mileage or time double as a bonus. It depends on who is organizing the challenge. Sometimes we can also go over 100% (a max of 110% usually) so that it helps if another goal is a little short. Not sure if that's happening for this one. |

Did they at least give you drugs that make you feel REALLY good? I'm doing mostly ok. My mouth does hurt. I have ibuprofen (800mg) and hydrocodone. As it turns out, the nurse told my husband to make sure I didn't run or try to do anything until tomorrow after work. I'll try to make the next couple of runs a little longer to get in some more mileage. |

Last month's multisport challenge had a race bonus of 2x, but this is a new month and challenge so no bonuses |
