At least her hip wasn't bothering her.  Her first run split had a pace of 11:07/mi. The second was 11:48/mi. Hot spots or not, she's doing well. Edited by D001 2009-06-21 8:53 PM |

Each one has a story....overcame personal opstacles that we will never know....think of how many miles of training are represented out there today. 2000 IM racers x maybe 2000 bike training miles each = 4 million biking miles!!
You are so right..so many yards, miles logged both running and riding! Lots and lots of obstacles for sure as everyone has one or sometimes a few to overcome. Man this is motivating to watch..... |
