All right, I've deliberated long enough. Time to jump in.

Sessions - 9
Time - 300 minutes

No team preference, unless there's one that meets Sulcus' stipulations, in which case put me there.

antti asu - 2009-07-01 6:33 PM Yippee!!! Been waiting for this one!!! Put me down for 12 rides and 9 hours. I hope I'm not late...

Not too late - teams wont be up til the end of the week.. challenge starts saturday!

Phew - I thought I had missed my chance to join!  I have 13 session scheduled for a total of 9 hours.

Since I know nothing of the Tour (sacrilege, I know!), if there is an underfunded team with outdated equipment and out-of-shape riders, I believe that I belong there.

That's funny!!!!

I definitely am underfunded and have outdated equipment.  Fortunately it doesn't cost $$$ to work on the out of shape part.

Ive collected all the sign ups to this point - keep them coming... I will start working on teams probably tomorrow afternoon/evening (my time- Australian EST) which gives everyone at least anotehr 24hours.

Right now Im looking at 7-8 teams and have collected all the team requests - will do my best to get them all correct!

Ok.. my biking was lacking pretty bad in June so for this challenge I want a goal that will really push me: 15 stages for 450 miles!

(my personal goal is to achieve this without letting my running suffer, at least matching the June total)

I would love to be on one of the American-based teams, or Astana (I've never seen Lance ride the Tour so this is a big deal for me!)

and again, thanks so much for organizing this challenge!

I do need to update what I had said earlier ......... I had said any team is fine.  Scratch that ...... no Astana or Silence-Lotto for me please (nothing against the people on the board that want to be on the team, just not a big fan of Cadel or LA).

Since Rabobank rides Giant (and Colnago for years and years), maybe them???  My old shop carries Giant and I like their bikes.

No worries - got it! I was claiming you for Saxobank otherwise

Rabobank it is... pretty sure there will be enough teams to build a team about them!
