You need a ton of them for underboss/boss completion. But not as hard to get as Blackmail photos.... So no one has any suggestions for me as to why I never get the free gift screen anymore? I feel guilty...y'all send me gifts all the time and I have been unable to send any back for weeks. You need to be logged out for a few hours and then log in the "traditional" way.. If you use accepting gifts, invites, etc links that are on your FB main page then it skips that screen. I've tried that! I just logged in as you and used the M button to get in and it didn't give me the screen. |

But not as hard to get as Blackmail photos.... there's a couple jobs on the boss level that require blackmail photos....tons and tons of blackmail photos. the frustrating thing is that to get the blackmail photos you first have to do the "rob electronics store" jobs to get the computer setup (i think), then use the computer setup to do the "obtain compromising photos" jobs to get the blackmail photos....then and only then can you go back to the boss level to actually use the blackmail photos for those jobs. takes forever. I've actually finished all NY and CUBA jobs now, so if you need any of that junk add it to your wishlist and publish or shoot me a pm or something and i'll send them your way. |

See my post several up, but I pretty much said the same thing...and it's Rob the Electronics Store to get the Concealable Camera to then use to Obtain Compromising Photos. Whew. Hence why I say that Blackmail photos are the most useful thing you can free gift someone. Because ITR's only require ONE job to get...and that job doesn't require any consumables. Blackmail photos are MUCH harder to acquire. |

Champion 8766 Evergreen, Colorado | Subject: RE: FB Mafia Wars Support Group How much does everyone make per time period on their properties? I'm up at about $140M, but at that paltry a sum, how does anyone EVER get the $1T or $999T achievements???? I think I heard that once upon a time people were able to cheat the system and get more money...which is probably why those achievements are out there. If my calculations are correct, if you make $100M every 54 minutes, it would take weeks and weeks to get to $1T.... |

Expert 1288 Hatboro, PA | Subject: RE: FB Mafia Wars Support Group I make $2,277,795/hour. I had a lot of people robbing me, so I sold my higher value properties. I currently own 18 abandoned lots, 10 commercial blocks, 51 prime downtown lots, 21 beachfront properties, 23 Mafia Mike's, 194 rent houses, 134 Italian restaurants, 133 apartment complexes, and 168 value marts. I might not be bringing in a ton of money, but I also don't get robbed anymore, which means I don't spend a ton of money repairing/protecting properties. |

I might not be bringing in a ton of money, but I also don't get robbed anymore, which means I don't spend a ton of money repairing/protecting properties. that's one way to avoid being a robbery target. when I'm looking at the list of choices for robbery victims, i go first by the ones that own casinos - don't even bother attacking if they don't own any. then i look at the size of their mafia and pick on the small and weak. the other way to avoid being a robbery target is to goto the MW forums, the add me thread. you can really build up your mafia quickly over the course of a few days to the point where you'll rarely get attacked. as others have suggested above, you can then simply unfriend them on FB once you've added them to your mafia. best of both worlds and you get to enjoy all the aspects of the game instead of doing the work-around that you're doing right now. |

Champion 4835 Eat Cheese or Die | Subject: RE: FB Mafia Wars Support Group Does anyone get the declare war thing? Hitting a couple other things brought up, I get $142,739,940 every hour. I used to have a lot of all the properties. When I rob, I scan the page for people that have all the icons, which means they have casinos and it's faster to scan for number of icons then actual type of icon, then look at mafia size. If there are no good targets then I go back and look at the people with fewer properties to see if any have casinos and have a small enough mafia. So going off my logic, I sold off my rent houses and Italian restaurants and I have found that I am getting robbed far less often and it barely made a dent in my income. I think it is almost as effective as having a butt load of cheap properties, and maintains a high income. I'm going for the $1T achievement now. I've been at it since late last week some time and just got over $25B. It's going to take a long time. Edited by graceful_dave 2009-08-23 11:55 PM |

I've been at it since late last week some time and just got over $25B. It's going to take a long time. Hmmm...interesting theory. But I think you may be the minority. I scan for having casino's first then for mafia size. So even if they had a shorter line of properties I would still see a casino and hit them if their mafia was small enough. I still maintain that the best way to avoid being robbed/attacked is to always keep your health below 20. Which is the ONLY reason right now I am putting any points into stamina. Unfortunately I put too many into health and even running through ALL of my stamina points doesn't deplete it entirely. So I need to up my stamina so I always maintain the ability to reduce my health below 20. I was hoping that getting my mafia into triple digits (just hit 104) would help on the attacking front. Because it's easy to scan for mafia's less than 100 on the fight page...those two digit ones really stick out. It takes a little bit more time to discern the lower triple digits from the higher triple digits. As for money...I was going to stop at $100M/54 minutes and try to build up the trillion, but I decided it would take too long. I'm doing some quick excel calculating....And even making $1B every pay period it would still take more than a month to get to $1T. How does anyone ever get to $999T?????? I guess I had better keep buying properties...at least as you buy more of them it starts to snowball...the more you buy the more money you make, the faster you can buy more properties. |

Some times it's a hassle I'll log on about twice a day and have a crapload of money to spend.. it will be nice to come back from a vacation and see how much I have though. I hate the bribe ratio in cuba though to buy all the stuff you need for jobs plus the new tier they added I'm at 75% bribe rate. so if I make a million on a job I pay out 3/4th of it.. sucks... but realistic I guess |

It's like they realized that money became pointless in NY and went totally the opposite way for Cuba. It's nearly impossible to quickly gain cash in Cuba. I don't like that the amount you can make via the businesses is essentially capped. Unless they add more businesses you can only make a certain amount per hour...no matter how much more time/money you put into it. And you pretty much HAVE to log in once a day to sell your stuff or you stop earning. Unlike NY where you earn whether you play or not. I think the "clue as to the next expansion" is in the title of the last job in that new Cuba tier...RUSSIA. But if they keep expanding this fast I will never get all the jobs/tiers done! I have barely TOUCHED Cuba! Hopefully once I get the Golden Throne it will help me move through jobs faster. I'll probably do Underboss next to finish out NY then hit Cuba. |

You can bring as many people to rob as you have leveled up to. So if you are at level 101 you can bring 101 mafia members. But I THINK that the person you rob can use up to their level in defense...anyone have verification on that? If you try to rob someone with 200 people can they defend with 200? |
