Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition ChallengeMy achievements this week - avoided the hamper of goodies sitting in my desk drawer all weel. Even harder, didn't buy any creme eggs shopping yesterday (I love Easter chocolate! ). However, my proudest achievement was this morning. I took the bike out and got a flat (not having a good run of luck recently ). Anyway, for the first time in my life I actually changed the whole thing myself and only took 12 minutes which I was quite proud of (I usually get my hubby to do it at home ). Hurray! |
