It's raining in Texas again.  I did a 45 min trainer ride yesterday.  Will do another one today. I'll log it once it's done.  Sigh.....

sounds fun! i did 40mins on the trainer: focusing on ilt's and 80% focus. quite dull really, but was watching a fabulous tv proggy! it's the 40th anniversary of legalisation of homosexuality in the uk and it was a docu drama about a high profile case that led to the law change. included snippets of interviews with those involved and others who had been arrested. truely inspiring...shame my ride wasn't

Got in 12.4 miles as TT.  It went well. I don't have the results just yet, but it felt like it was quick.  I'm not sure I could have gone much faster.  Puts my total at 6 as of today.

Hi Team,

I got in 26 miles (90 minutes) yesterday. It was flat with a couple of rather deceiving hills.

I find that I get a really good spin workout in on the trainer when I'm watching something inspiring.  I work really hard during the inspiring parts.  That didn't happen for you?

So I come to Texas for work. Come they told me, there are no hurricanes here. It is hot here they tell me, hot and dry, there is no humidiy here.

The rain and floods are making keeping the commitment a bit more difficult. Put me in for a 15 mile 'hilly' tonight, rain or not.

The smell in here is horrible. It's a mixture of cheese and losers.

Ride 21 done this morning.

Guess you'll have to wait with the celebratory cheese feast for another year then.

Team CSC rocks!
