OK, posted these in the weightloss forum, but here they are again (in reverse order because I'm dumb).

(yes, I know the first one is HIDEOUS)
First one was taken before the start of this year's MS 150 Escap to the Lake bike tour on June 10. Second one was taken on the 4th of July last year What's different? about 30 lbs. I've lost 6 more lbs since then.

I did mine in the Weight Loss forum too, but will repeat them here. First the before, last year right after a bike ride:



Here's the after in my last sprint:

Finally, here's mine. Before was our engagement pictures - April 2001. It was soon after that my wife and I went on Weight Watchers - she started it! Thankfully, I've manged to keep nearly all of the weight off and the recent training sure hasn't been hurting me. The after was last weekend at my FIRST TRI. It was the same race in which Autumn took home a whole toolbox worth of hardware.

These are awesome! You are all an inspiration to me.....becoming an "after" takes much work and effort (and time) but cross-training makes it more interesting and fun! Keep up the great work.

Ok, here are my before and after pics. I know, the before one sucks, but hey, I was a fat guy that didn't like having his picture taken so there aren't many available. The after is after we returned home from my Tri on Sunday, about a 40-45lb difference in weight in 10 months.

Hey Whizzer, that is great.  Good Work!  You can really see a big change.  

Whizzer you look great in all of them but the transition is incredible! Good job! How long between pictures?

I think I finally got some pictures down to acceptable sizes.
