Scouting the course at IM CDA

Not necessarily my most favorite, but it is the one I have access to...

Finishing strong 1/4 mile from a 6:02 time at Buffalo Springs 70.3 this past June. I had a good day and the day was good to me.

I'd counter that the picture of you at Yosemite is off the charts hot, Erika.  But, that's just my opinion (and every guy on BT's as well, I would imagine....just sayin'.)

this is my son "helping" Dad to finish the WC's in Hamburg 2007 - I was still rdcovering from an Achilles rupture and needed the boost. It sad but true - my kids are a great inspiration to me.

2007 IM Canada Start. 2588 Athletes. My first IM, but second Tri. It was crowded. I'm one of the 1500 keeners jammed in on the right side. Ironically, we (1500 keeners) all had reconned the 2006 IMC and noted that the crowd was on the swimmers right. If you're going to IMC 2008, consider some reverse psychology.

Though this is my first post in these forums, as a BT member I have used the BT training logs and resources for over a year.

Testing regulator freeze point at HR zone 4 effort (-25 degrees) for my previous company. (Hey, some companies still test on animals!)

And pushing the front through the 90 degree sweeper at Talledega GP (I'm #113).

Next adventure is the triathlon thing, pics to follow soon enough!

We're triple rejects, bro... HAHA

Besides, the picture of you and I with the biker dude just prior to the OLY start was a classic.  It made absolutely no sense for him to be there, but then again, 2000 of us were about to jump into a 76 degree lake from an ambient 46 degree outside temperature, wearing nothing but neoprene.  I guess it all kinds of makes sense, in the grand scheme of things, right?
