I'm going to sound weird, but I have this recurring fantasy.  I guess it's kind of a god complex.

I imagine I have the power to 'see' things.

For example, that everywhere I have ever been would glow orange.  All my footprints, tire tracks, air plane trips.  I would be able to see on a map AND in real life, where I have been.

I would also have this same power to track down the guy using my idenity.  He would glow bright orange (but only I could see, of course).  I would be able to see him on a map, and follow the orange glow on the horizon to where he is.

OR, the next slot machine to pay off big would glow orange to only me, etc.  (yeah, that one is a little less than honorable...)

Wait.... you can't do that? Huh.

I'm working on it.

I bought "Idiots Guide to being a god" with limited results.

The third edition has more detail than the first, i've found. You may have better results with that.

I wouldn't have energy for good workouts if I did that for very long.

Tempting, but probably not.

It will catch up to you, me thinks.  Metabolism is still up so you have the weight loss.  But it WILL go down if you are not eating enough.  Then when you start eating normally, you will gain it back, if not more.

That's the theory I have heard, anyway....  Any why people go up and down with weight loss when they do those 'starvation' diets.  Not to say you are going to that extreme.

I start losing too much energy if that goes on too long.  And my mood changes and I get really crabby.

i know better.  i've read tons and tons on nutrition, on bodybuilding, on physiology.  i know exactly what it takes to drop weight the right way.  but for some reason one week i really just never got hungry for dinner.  i would have a piece of fruit or a fat free yogurt or a string cheese or something similarly small when i got home from work, and would get wrapped up in whatever i was doing and before i knew it, ready to sleep.  just seems that now i don't even WANT dinner.   and now today i skipped breakfast and have yet to want lunch.  wtf?  i forced myself to eat a granola bar around 8 an apple at like 1130 but all i really want is coffee.

I knew you did - you had to have.  But I hear you.  It's so HARD to follow even what you know is right sometimes.

I know you need to have a big breakfast, but to be honest, I'm never hungry in the morning.  I can live on coffee and water till about 11 or noon.  I actually FORCE myself to eat something first thing (usually package of instant oatmeal and a yogurt) and then a snack at 10 or so (an apple).  I'm not hungry, but do it anyway...

It's a game where you're a monkey or a giant rat or another giant animal and you smash the sheeyot out of buildings and eat people and such. The premise was that you were a person who turned into the animal and then did all that stuff, so when you'd `die' you'd turn back into a human, naked, and cover yourself and run off the screen. It was actually quite fun. I thoguht about that this morning when I saw those reports and one of the news channels had `Chimp Rampage' as it's headline.
