Master 2621 Almaden Valley, San Jose, California | Subject: RE: swbkrun Mentor Group II- CLOSED FOR BUSINESS!!! Hey, if it IS Bronchitis, take it easy. You really need to let your body heal if you're have issues with breathing. I think the rule of thumb is that if your symptoms are above the shoulders, you can train, below, you should allow time, and rest, to heal. Edited by velcromom 2010-12-18 6:56 PM |

"Of the 40 largest cities in the United States, Milwaukee has the coldest winter weather, based on normal daily temperatures, according to Current Results, a website that tracks weather trends. The lakeside Wisconsin city's daily winter mean temperature is 24.1 degrees Fahrenheit. But fellow Great Lakes metropolis Cleveland is the fourth-coldest U.S. city, with a daily winter mean temperature that's not much higher at 28.4 degrees Fahrenheit." |

Dineen--you are a BADa$$, but mainly because you were an awesome Badger hockey player. The weather here today is NOTHING compared to what we will see. I lust for the day I am ready to run outside again and get frozen eyelashes. Trev--I knew Michelle was a toughy under all that Canadian nice! Pretty soon she will say "gosh, I really love my husband, but do I always have to wait for him at the top of every hill!" PS. It is true....I live in the land of communists, granolas and liberals. I am sure many of you would fit in quite nicely and don't take that the wrong way.. Paul and I on the other hand, stick out like a sore thumbs. |

Expert 945 Auburn AL | Subject: RE: swbkrun Mentor Group II- CLOSED FOR BUSINESS!!! Congrats on the bike Trevor! I am feeling like I am really making some progress with my bike getting dialed in. Stayed in the bars the entire hour trainer ride this morning and felt very comfortable. One issue I am having is that my hands want to fall in between my extensions. In order to have my arm pads in a comfortable place, my extensions seem too far apart. Is there some kind of arm pad extension available that will let me slide my bars in and then extend my pads out a bit? |

Master 2621 Almaden Valley, San Jose, California | Subject: RE: swbkrun Mentor Group II- CLOSED FOR BUSINESS!!! It did, Kyla! How's that sun? My M-I-L called over here this morning, and my youngest told her I was running. She brought me over a rain bonnet. The kind that ties under your chin, and protects 'big hair'. It has cling-free nylon netting, and it's extra-full cut. Isn't THAT a visual?!? |

T-Minus two days until we are at the top of that dark hill and start that journey down the backside to the seemingly endless hours of summer daylight... Picture of the bonnet, please!! BTW, Trevor and Rob, my kids declared today that they want to live (together) in Canada when they grow up. Be afraid. |

Kyla/Fatty--I showed Paul the picture and his response "what the hell is that thing?"... Yes! I'm in a Division 3 club - TRIbe. Our guy posted some of our miles wrong for last week - but if they were to be correct, my oldest boy would be at 12th nationwide for swimming. That will end when the swim month ends!! Jeff and I, and both boys are in. |
