That said, I can't remember ever being so totally UNexcited about a birthday, even though I have tons of reasons to BE excited. I'm actually dreading it a bit. Chocoalte cake sounds good - are you having it for breakfast? Even though I was born shortly after 4:00 am on November 12th, 1961 - not for breakfast. I guess Im the only person that thinks that is acceptable then... liek chocolate before breakfast on your birthday... There is nothing better than birthday cake for breakfast!!! I am a firm believer in having leftover birthday cake for breakfast the day after your birthday. It's the only way to start the day! |

I'm amazed that I managed to climb on the drainer even though I felt like crap and lifted weights afterwards... I feel better now, except for all the weird muscular distress in and around my knee. | Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Nibbs XXVII Hey Nibbs. I went to the doctor today. I have a torn meniscus. 50% chance of it healing on its own, 50% chance of surgery. I have PT exercises to do, a PT appointment next week for more help, and a followup in 3 weeks. If it's not better in 3 weeks, we are going to plan on surgery. I'm grumpy. No running. I can swim as much as I want ( joy) and bike on the trainer easy. |
