If I can get in 5 hrs riding next week, it's in the bag. I think I have about that scheduled, so that's good! |

Got my 2:15 in this morning... two shorter rides (approx 1hr each) this week and a 3hr monster on the trainer, so I should be able to hit my goal... |

Temps were pushing 90 in the afternoon while I was out there and had some cramping issues til I could get to a gas station and get some more food and powerade to keep me going. But all in all a nice 5:45 in the saddle and getting me closer to Paris. |

I'm rapidly closing the gap on how much of the Tour is done (~70%) and how much I've done (well over 60%). |
