Dee, you are too funny.  My knee is bothering me so I will be riding to do my workouts before my marathon on Sunday.  Gee, more miles...  We are going to kick some rump this week!!!!!

Keep riding everyone, we need to get our totals on the spreadsheet.  Let's crush those folks on those "other" teams....

Are we each bound by 100% or can we do 200% if a team member does zero?  My minutes number is very low because I am training for all three events and I could really step it up if needed.  Looks Sherm's got that under control though!

wgraves7582 - 2008-02-12 9:10 AM So I go some T.I.T.S. in last night on the rollers (9 miles in 30 minutes) but I want some B.A.L.L.S. Thursday evening is supposed to be snow free and warmer so I am shooting for 1 1/2 hours hopefully and 50 on Sunday - weather is looking good so far!!!!! Please be nice Mother Nature - I want some B.A.L.L.S. instead of rolling T.I.T.S. - Never thought I would say that!!!! Have a great week!

Definitely better outside, but I got my big T.I.T.S. and B.A.L.L.S. on the trainer Sunday.  I've never done rollers.  Sounds like a good way to hurt myself. Coordination AIN'T my strong suit!

In the past, up to 120% of goal has counted. It's really really in the month.  We're gonna be fine!

Right now, you are limited to 100%. If you reach that number, you can opt to raise your goal.

Last month, a lot of people were sick or injured - so I allowed their teammates to go up to 120% in order to offset all that sickness/injuries.

BUT, at this point at least, I'm not planning on doing that. There *may* be a bonus offered during the last week of Feb. But there may *not* be.

In other words --> The best thing you can do is achieve your 100%, AND get all your teammates to hit their 100% as well.

I'm done with my rest week and although my work schedule is still heinous this week, I did get myself some good T.I.T.S. tonight and will do so again on Thursday.

I'm a bit behind right now, but I'll fix that. If it weren't for these challenges I wouldn't be getting nearly the T.I.T.S. I have for the last six week.

Hi Team T.I.T.S.,

Sel166 PMed me. She has a knee injury, and per medical advice, cannot work out right now. Therefore, she is withdrawing from the Challenge. I've noted this on our team spreadsheet.

If you get a chance, and would like to leave her an inspires, here's a link to her log:

So, in summary: You're fixing your behind, and we're helping you gain T.I.T.S.?

Or, um.... something like that, anyway.... LOL

I had two T.I.T.S. today. One of my T.I.T.S. was nice and warm inside, and the other of my T.I.T.S. was out in the cold.

I wanted to get 35 - 40 miles in today, AND I wanted to get some time riding outdoors, but I knew it was too cold for me to do the whole thing outside, so I did 1:20 on the trainer (27.4 miles) then moved changed into some warm clothes and finished up with 12.4 outdoors with cold, wind, occasional ice, and everyone's favorite... riding uphill into a headwind! Even so, riding outdoors was SOOO much nicer. Too bad I'm to wimpy to stay outside any longer than that...

ETA - Half-way through the month, today's ride brings me to 58% of my goal!

I started my valentines day with some t.i.t.s.  I didn't get as much as I wanted, though .  Didn't set my alarm, and I got up late.  Quality t.i.t.s. can be as important as quantity, right?
