A seperate thread would be nice. I'm not sure if the moderators would allow us. Wait there aren't any moderators listed. If someone starts it(thread) i'll post the table/chart. |

I think that is a good idea. By the way Abbie, I'm SweetP's husband, nice to meet/challenge you. Nice to "meet" you too. I was debating signing up on this challenge and then you wife "reminded me" that I should probably sign up for another challenge. |

Champion 10157 Alabama | Subject: RE: Ironman Louisville : Official Thread AbbieR - 2009-01-08 10:35 AM I guess I will play along too. During IMKY training last year I gained 6 pounds and then lost 6 during taper. It was so nice to not be hungry 24/7 during taper! Since IMKY I've lost another 7 pounds. Right now I'm 131 and 22% BF (BF was tested in Nov, will be testing again soon....hopefully I'm under 22% already). My "reaching for the stars" goal is to arrive at IMKY 09, 125 pounds or less and 17-18% BF. Should we start our own thread for this topic?
Wait a minute. I happen to know there is a very large catfish waiting for you to come back to the Ohio River and we ought not be bringing him some anorexic babe. We need you to pack on some extra baggage so we can offer up a worthy sacrifice to the Catfish King. I just ordered some beers, pizza and cheesecake sent to your office for lunch today Abbie! ~Mike |

That's 4.5 dog-years! Yeah, tee-shirts for sure this year. ~Mike If we're gonna do shirts we better start designing them NOW. We've only got 34 weeks until the race. As many changes to the shirts as this group makes we need all the time we can get. Also, it will give us an excuse to start another IMKY thread. Where's katiemomma? By the way, I love my IMKY BT shirt from last year. I wear it proudly every chance I get. |

Veteran 192 Omaha, NE | Subject: RE: Ironman Louisville : Official Thread I think it is awesome you all did that and are doing so again this year. I am training to be there for my first and would love to join in on the T-shirt fun. I wish I was creative enough to help with the design side. Looking forward to meeting all of you. |
