Happy Christmas eve!

I'm feeling good enough to get back at it. Eased into it today with Pilates. Expecting to run tomorrow.

Have a great holiday.

Hello Blitzen! Merry Christmas to you!!!

I got a couple of runs in today and I am at 75% of my goal.... I wasn't sure, if I would be able to reach my goal this time, but it's looking good again... Just crossing my fingers now, that the cold is not coming back... I still have a stuffy nose.... We'll see.

And again... Have a great day everybody!!

I hope everyone had/is having a great holiday.

Now that I'm back to training I've got to get in 4 runs before New Years to make my goal. I'll run later today and then every other day thru to next Wednesday and hit my goal.

I ran today! It was supposed to be an easy Z1/Z2 run but my HR went really high right away. I guess my health is not quite back to 100%

Out with the new shoes  for a morning run ,  i forgot how much new shoes absorb the hard surface.

Last week of the challenge , two more runs should let me reach my goal .

I got another run in yesterday. That leaves me with 3 days to do 2 runs. Piece of cake!

I"m short by less than a mile... so will likely surpass goal unless acts of nature make it impossible to get out. (knock on wood!)

I am marching my pitiful reindeer self, head hanging, to the slaughter yard. I will not make my goal. This is the first time I have let my team down and I am seriously sorry. Feel free to throw tomatoes and rocks as I march down the shoot.

I apologise team. I seriously underestimated the time I would not be able to train with travel and holiday and famiy issues.

Well, so it goes. Family and holidays outweigh a BT Challenge.

Overages count toward the overall percentage right?!?!?!?!? Cuz if so, we got some!

No problem , you did really good this month  , you are really close to your goal , just chip in what you can . Its a hard month to plan out  with the weather and travelling and holidays and all.    Looks from the  team chart like we can clock in up to 110% so we can cover if a few of us go over their goal.

Go Blitzen
