roni_runnw - 2009-05-02 11:39 AM A brick the day before? You are hardcore or...

You'll ROCK it tomorrow! No worries

I guess a brick is one way to keep the legs loose before a race

Well it looks I'm on the QR team. I am new to the BT site so let me present myself.
I am Luc from New Brunswick, Canada. I did some triathlon before, but never with structured training and goals in mind. I decided to change that in 2009. My main goal for 2009 is to run a HIM in September but before that, my brain told me I should try a marathon....

So I trained for the marathon and it is next week (good for my running part of the challenge.... but not for the other sports since I will be light on training this week).

Hope to have fun with this challenge. I'm also part of Neal's training group.

Well, maybe I should have used 20 posts for this message......

My pleasure

I think I'll be capping the team where it is so you shouldn't need to add anyone else.

Rain shouldn't be a problem. You'll be wet anyway

I know, that's what I've been thinking, but it's being organized by my tri club and I don't know if they'll be thinking the same way. I'm tempted to go anyway if they call it off but I know my partner will not let me go alone. Maybe she'd be willing to hang out on the beach with 911 programmed into her speed dial
