Subject: RE: Team Gear GoddessesOkay I am at 144 miles of my 400 mile goal, and hope to do at least 100 miles this weekend!!! So that being said here's my plan for the rest of the month:
400 - 144 = 256 (Where I stand now )
256 - 100 = 156 (Where I plan to be by Sunday night )
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - Thursday 20 miles each day (156 - 60 = 96 )
Saturday = 35 miles (61 miles to go - almost there!!! )
Sunday = 20 miles (41 miles to go - getting closer!!!! )
Monday - rest day (enjoy the evening!! )
Tuesday - Thursday (Big Push!!! ) (20 miles each day )
FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF 419 OF MY 400 MILE GOAL!!!
Sorry - I just had to outline my plan otherwise I may push it to the back of my mind!!
Thank God for my husband!! He is really pushing me. Last night he practically shoved me out the garage door and told me not to come home until I had ridden at least 20 miles!!
GO TEAM GO!! The Hormones must defeat those "bones"!!!!
