I think I'll try to run after lunch. If I am sucessful, then I'll push my bike ride off until tomorrow. If I can't run, then I'll ride in the icky, cloudy, drizzle. We took all your sunshine. |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: Team B - April Challenge D001 - 2010-04-06 6:06 PM It was interesting. I probably run not leaning forward enough and landing on my heels. This is not what I think I do but I believe that is what the video will show. This week we are supposed to focus on being aware of where we are landing on our feet. Since there is so much padding under my heel I probably can't feel it when I land.... I really zone out when I run so paying attention will be harder....and awkward!KOM - 2010-04-05 10:56 PM Evening team! Had a crazy day at work then straight to a Chi Running clinic then to spin class. Glad I got it all in but I am worn out now. Any team name is fine with me. Sorry I am not much help! Chi Running clinic? Oooo. I am jealous. I so need to go to one of those! How was it? |

Cole doctor appointment this morning (routine), drop off at school, bike and run if I can, get kids off bus, Alex lacrosse, Cole OT, pick up Alex from parents, home, UConn game, sleep. You need a doctor-free month! Have a great one everyone! I wish. That will never happen. I will settle for a doctor free week. Maybe next week! |

Master 1734 On a lake in the Adirondacks in NY | Subject: RE: Team B - April Challenge Got 30 minutes on the trainer tonight. Was supposed to be longer but someone gave me an old CompuTrainer and hubby was messing around trying to get the software working on my laptop and I had to keep stopping so he could play with the cables and whatnot. Never did get it working. Something on the laptop isn't connecting correctly. Oh well. Hubby will figure it out eventually. It was a busy day, so I'm happy I got 30 minutes done. I thought about blowing it off all together, but then I remembered the challenge. Better to do some training than none at all, right? |

There is nothing like doing push-ups with a big drooling dog standing over ya. Had to re-read that one...thought you were doing pushups with the dog standing ON you. Don't worry. Still impressed.
