![]() ![]() | ![]() Day whatever it is of the core challenge. Used to be a core freaker, then I pulled an oblique during a new routine and have stopped for three weeks. It's crazy how much muscle definition gets lost in such short time. Doing 25-45 minutes of yoga regularly now and will get back into my normal 30-60 minute core workouts after this weekend (first sprint tri of the season Sunday yeeah). I'd be happy to show you some progress photos, but....(WARNING: newb alert).... HOW DO I POST PICS??? |

Would have done more but I had a cat playing bobble head with my push ups. She was timing her head bobbles with my push up to get "rubbed" by my head on the way by. |
