We moved the ride back to 10!! Hope everybody can make it now! Sorry for all the time changing. Blame Turtle (who can't access a computer and stand up for herself)

And the later time was MORE for weather (cold wussies) than drinking - though drinking sounds pretty awesome.

we survived the ride....although I dont' know about you morning folk.  It sure was nice at 12!!  makes all the difference that 10 degree change in temp.

 Now on to more important things...watching the Steelers shelack the Dolphins tomorrow night...

And supposedly spankings will be involved for every steelers/dolphins score...

My mother was manageable for the most part - I actually abandoned my family on Friday and Saturday night, did some shopping by myself and just relaxed at home. No tri-hottie at church last night (he went home to Chicago for the holiday and probably got back late), so no date "date" yet Would it be indecent and bold of me to shoot him an email, say, tomorrow with a brief "sorry we didn't cross paths on Sunday, here's my phone number if you still want to do dinner"? He doesn't actually have my phone number yet. Arg...otherwise I'll have to wait until Sunday again.

Don't give him a way out by saying 'if you still want to do dinner'.  he brought it up in the first place, hold him to it and don't back down, show him your determination.   

Good call - then it will say something along the lines of 'since you mentioned dinner, here's my number".

And he will only be seeing my determination if he is a very good boy...and certainly not right away We're good church-goin' folk :-P 

Hahah, well, we HAVE a date, just no actual "date" for the date. So now I have to get him to set one.

Oh, he's not seeing me in a bathing suit any time soon! I am not in prime bathing suit shape. And he is a WAY faster runner and cyclist than I, so a bike ride is out of the question. So I will continue to impress him with my dedication to running outside and getting up to go swimming early in the morning.
