People work from the crack of dawn til late at night and don't really leave for lunch. It's just the way it is. Only with "hourly" folk is it really enforced cuz no one wants to pay for overtime. I got called in on Christmas this past year. I can tell you that lunch is acceptable, even extended lunch for training is acceptable. As long as you get your work done. |

" What sucks is if I come in early, I can't leave early. If I came in at 7, I'd still have to stay until 6. The designers get to be more flexible. If they come in at 7, no one cares if they leave at 4 or 5. |
