I'm kind of disappointed that Wurkit did not have a date last Friday, I was looking forward to some juicy details. At least Ms. Turtle provided me with some great hilarious reading ;-)

Sorry, Z. He asked me out the Friday before Thanksgiving, and he was going home to Chicago on Wednesday. We were bowling on Saturday, church on Sunday. So I knew it wouldn't hapoen before Thanksgiving. But I AM bummed that he didn't show up at church last night. So now I have to either wait a week, or email him with my phone number and hope that isn't too forward...

It's OK, at least you have a bunch of supporters here !  

I'd have to go slow then to stay close to you, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see all of the fun! 

You know you "actually have to sign-up" to race me at IMAZ!

Trust me, $475 is WAAAAAAY too much money to spend to see 2 chicks spanking each other during an endurance event.

It was actually 527.50 and you can always just skip the cost and come watch

Why are you thinking about this so much.  If you want to go out to dinner with the guy get on the wagon.  Shoot him an email saying something like you were craving'??' type of food or whatever it was and wanted to see if he wanted to make some time to help you satisfy that craving.  don't let him drag his feet, you gotta strike while the iron is hot!

We actually did have a specific restaurant nailed down - that's how the date came about; or rather it may have just been the opportune time for him to do the asking

So hold him to it (in a nice slutty farm girl kind of way). You can press the issue without sounding demanding or without giving him the impression that there isn't a pursuit.
