It has been requested I bring my famous Swedish Meatballs... I am scarfing down a sandwich like I've never eaten before - had no free appendage to type with.
None, really. Maybe the sour cream. It's mix of cream of mush soup, packet of lipton's onion soup (you know, the dried kind), sour cream, some worstishire sauce (I know I butchered the spelling of that). I forget the amounts. All of that over frozen meatballs and stewed for a couple hours/half day in a crock pot. I like to serve with a french loaf, sliced on the bias, of course. That sounds really good. I like swedish meatballs. If you feel like sharing the recipe at some point, I'd love it. |

Artemis - 2009-01-13 2:17 PM mr2tony - 2009-01-13 3:04 PM Artemis - 2009-01-13 1:59 PM Wow Artemis that sucks. But at least now you have a clue as to what it is and how to fix it.Aikidoman - 2009-01-13 2:54 PM Artemis - 2009-01-13 11:53 AM Hey TAN. Went to the doctor this morning. The short version of my doctor's appointment is that I have a combination of problems with my ITB and kneecap that are causing pain. At this point, I don't need surgery, but depending on how I respond, they may need to do something arthroscopically later. Longer version is in my blog. Will read. So, can some ITB stretching and/or therapy help? That's the hope. I got more cortisone (incuding into the ITB - OUCH!!) and anti-inflammatories, so between all that it should help. If not, he's considering surgery to figure out what's going on inside the knee because he can't really see anything on the film Yeah. I am happy that I am not having surgery (at least for now). |

I like Arlington. A friend of mine lives two blocks away from an orange line stop (Ballston) and that area is really nice. |

I like Arlington. A friend of mine lives two blocks away from an orange line stop (Ballston) and that area is really nice. Yup, the Arlington neighborhoods along the Orange Line are great. I lived in Courthouse for 2 years and loved it. Still feels like a city, but less ghetto and much safer. |

I almost feel guilty about it. But that, along with my chili, seems to get all kinds of rave reviews. I'm embarassed about how simple they are. I feel like there should be way more to them - like some time intesive process or secret ingredients. I'm in the camp that food should be simple, yet delicious, in most cases. I like doing the hard stuff to, but only for special occasions. |

and gay. so perfect for goggs, eh? Exactly Yeah, Alexandria isn't bad, esp. Old Towne. I prefer Arlington, though. If you are so inclined to live in MD, Bethesda/Chevy Chase is nice, too. But I prefer NoVA. |

Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity And to specify, North Arlington is "nicer" than South Arlington. Crystal City is near Alexandria, but I'm not a huge fan. And other parts of South Arlington are not metro-accessible and are mostly low-income apartments (read: lots of Hispanic immigrants and illegals). Shirlington is up-and-coming a bit, but not as cool as Arlington. Falls Church is nice too, and still on the metro. That's where I live |

It is some tough freak'n stuff. End up grabbing a knife or scissors to even get into it. Remember the old CD sales cases that required the key behind the counter. I'd steal those and they'd be a pain to get open without that key. Eventually we just stole one of the keys. That made things so much easier. |
