Here's my pic: Before the start of my first Olympic last September  And, yes, I did pee on the bike during this race. It wasn't easy, but there were no porta potties on the course. I figured it was better on the bike than the run. It actually worked out pretty good... no need to "aim"  Just lifted off my seat a bit, and rinsed after with water from my bottle... actually, was pretty proud of myself  |

I don't even think Michael Phelps has that many coaches !Trevor- Here is a picture that is my favorite. It from Ironman last year and was about 4 miles into the run... I was ready to call it a day! However, stopped playing mental mind games with myself and got after it (as much as I could) and finished better than 3 years ago... Exactly how did you stop playing mental mind games? I have a few arrows in my quiver, but am not adverse to a few more ideas, preferably sooner rather than later! Keep the pictures coming. They are great. Suzy

That is the great thing about this sport. You can be sweaty and stinky and people still want to hang around with you. Reuben--I don't think you look big, I think your "Chopper" looks tiny. I swear your legs are as long as my whole body. Rob--great running form, especially on grass. Do they not have paved roads in Canada yet? I gotta admit I probably won't post as often but will try to stay up with the group. I like reading about all of your adventures. A picture will follow when I am on the other computer. Good Luck to all who are racing this weekend. I have a friend in Boston as well so it will be great that the results will now have more meaning. Being new here, I am still trying to find my way around the web site and I think that will eat up most of my online time. I did have the first ride outside today. 40Km. and a 5 mile run.
