Big Appa - 2009-12-23 8:29 AM Morning

Found out I have had a separated shoulder for the past 3 weeks. My lower back pain is from over compensating for my shoulder.

That bites!  Hope it heals fast for you.

I partially separated a shoulder on a MTB ride and had to ride home about 15 miles like that.  Talk about joyous occassions.  Hurt like hell.

Hi Robert.

TAN save me from any more calories.  I just can't eat, look, receive another christmas treat!

Carrot cake, choc chip cake, lemon cake, cookies, nuts, candy, fruit basket and couple of good bottles of wine.....where will this end????

I am currently baking another banana bread AND wrapping gifts.  Maybe later around 3pm my time I can assist.

I don't think we have any banana bread here at the office. Can you send a loaf?

One positive thing about being sick?  You can hide the tissues you use to clean up after you RIO in plain site with the ones you use to blow your nose and the wife is none the wiser...

(Just a theory, not based on actual events and yes, I'm high on cold meds... )
