Sorry folks, I seem to be failing.  I had a bit of food poisoning yesterday and the day before.  Plus my lower back is really hurting from my open water swim on Saturday.  The first mile wasn't back, but then there was nearly 2.5 miles of swells that continually increased in size.  My lower back and neck are sore from sighting...I couldn't seem to swim straight for the life of me.

That swim distance is EPIC!!!  Get better soon!

Maybe this would help...  not sure of the conversion rate to MPH though...

Shermbelle - 2010-07-19 8:31 PM Sorry gang, but my new goal knocked us down a good 6 percentage points of our total Frown

Time to get some T.I.T.S.!

Hey, I would rather see you set 500 and get 480 than set 350 and get 370.

Have a great week of riding.

Great point!

My T.I.T.S. today--EXCITING!!!

Went out on the mountain bike to put in some time and errands--pickup here, dropoff there, etc. Due to the VP coming to MY little neighborhood, the whole place was cordoned off and military police everywhere. Pretty hard getting out, but I'm a smooth talker.

So an HOUR AND A HALF LATER, I'm SURE it must be fine--nope, every single access point to my house is still blocked. Good thing I was on a MTB because I literally rode through jungles/weeds, on the sand on the beach, to get to this dirt alley/trail cuts through a village behind the house ...

and lo and behold, at the top of the trail are military police, and I have to do all kinds of smooth talking and important-people-card-waving to get them to let me through.

1. Very good I was on the mountain bike, and not a regular bike, or God forbid in a car.
2. Very good I was doing errands, which meant I had my wallet/ID/cards with me.
