Btw - don't tell the Feds, but I've lived in VA for 4 years now, and I still don't have a VA driver's license If the freakin' DMV wouldn't make it so g-d difficult to register my damn car here...however, now that the inspection sticker from NY has expire, I have to get it fully registered here before I drive home for Christmas. (It's been inspected here, but I need emissions done too - which I didn't know about the first time around)

You have no excuses.  Having lived in both states, DL's from both states and inspected vehicles in both states... the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay worse. 

The Feds??  I doubt the Feds would be interested in you, unless.... hmmm... you're Italian and you are worried about the Feds.  Do you have mob ties?  That would be cool. 

I had a cop pull me over for stopping past the stop line (yes, I was a full car length ahead.  oooooh).  And he questioned me on where I was going, blah blah blah.  Well, my license says Olney, b/c that's where all my mail goes, but he then lectured me on changing my license.

 My dog's at my parents, doesn't that count enough?  although I'd rather it say on races that I live in Kensington b/c Olney is just kind of gay.

I hate when cops ask too many questions.  It's really none of their business where you are going, etc, etc, etc.  I was pulled over by a DEA agent in the middle of Oklahoma driving in a rental RV going 77 in a 70.  I was rockin' the bob ross pretty nicely.  You could imagine that was a nice experience. 

I actually have a Monopoly "Get Out of Jail Free" card that I keep in the glove compartment.  I read a story by a cop who pulled someone over, they showed him the card, and it cracked him up so much, that he let them off with a warning.

Haven't been pulled over since I put it in there, and I'm not sure if I would have the guts to show it, or not.
