Glad to hear that.  We know it wasn't your fault that your server couldn't keep up!  Some of the issues a growing company has to work with.  Keep up the good work, good products and super customer service and do it again sometime!  Thanks for taking care of us here on BT.  We are a pretty good community.

Hmmm...good on Infinit for putting on the sale, but really poor execution. I'm sure they lost out on quite a few orders, including mine.

It was a race, not designed for everyone to get the max. Very very few people did not get in.

It was a great offer.

But if you are the RD putting on a race and have to delay the start for over an hour due to technical difficulties, you should expect some (justifiable) frustration from your customers.  I did not get in either and could not devote additional time in my day to checking when things would be running again.

I'm glad to see (and not surprised, BTW) that you seem to be doing the right thing by people.  Should mean you won't lose much customer goodwill (of which you generally have a lot).  Hopefully your race will run smoother next time.

LOL. Yes, not perfect but it certainly was a mad dash. No, we ain't gonna do that again till next year!

Kim was at the SD Tri club meeting last night and the club got in, no problems. We are taking care of the people that had issues one at it a time. Things are back to normal now (I hope).

Michael, I sent you a pm detailing my exchange with your CS rep. I was offered 30%, even though I DID try placing an order in the 50% off hour...didn't pull the trigger on the 30% off, not sure what to think at this point.

I must have looked happy to get my box yesterday. The UPS guy asked me what "Infinit" was. I feel kind of like I misrepresented the product though since I said it was like "Gatorade", but much better. (IMO Gatorade is nasty and Infinit's more like much x infinity better)  Well,  I guess that's better than saying 5 lbs of a white, powdery substance that I plan on carefully portioning out into platic baggies.

I got the email for this sale 20 minutes before it started. Spent the next two hours trying to get the order to go thru with no luck. Tried sending them an email about the site problems and even that would not go thru. I just gave up.. Still love their stuff and want more. Just bummed that I will have to pay full price again.

When I flew to Antigua for vacation I had several bags of Infinit all portioned out.  Once I placed them in my carry on I had a thought....TSA is going to ask me a LOT of questions...

Luckily I never had to have that conversation.

Have you guys and gals that ordered actually gotten the product yet.  I ordered a couple of bags during the sale and haven't received them yet.  I usually get them a couple of days after I order.  I assume it is a huge backlog.  I sent an email and haven't heard back from them yet. 

Matt, I can't even seem to place the order lol. Michael did respond to my PM after a few days, and I am still waiting for the sale to happen. A little disappointed, though I'm sure he is very busy with all the orders..

Did you get the Shipping email from Infinit? They mentioned on ST they were receiving an order every 5 secs so I'd expect a little lag time for this order.

Nope no shipping email.  They got back to me last night and just said they were backlogged and would ship it as soon as possible and I will get an email when it ships.  Hopefully it comes within the next few days as I'll be out of the country on vacation next week.
