Happy belated birthday, Irongirl. I LOVE the cake!!! It looks so cute!!

Weighed this morning, scale still in the 170s....but I haven't been able to work out as much. Lots of stuff going on and working out has not been a priority. However, I am hopeful that March will be a great month to get started....I want to lose some weight before a big function I have to go to in May and would love to drop at least a dress size or two!!

Amy, no worries, we're still all in this together. I'm right there with you.

The scales are broken this week!  Or I drank too many beers all weekend....LOL  still at 168.4.  I see a big difference in my body and my pants are getting loose.  THink teaching this new butts n guts class is helping the rear!

Was out of town at a confernce last week. Missed a weigh in and a lot of workouts. Ate pretty crappy. Oh Well, March is a new month.

Yes, March is a new month. I'm glad you guys are still here.

Personally I would love to lose about 10lbs by first weekend of April....I know, lofty goal because it's not like I've been dropping weight. However, I have a tri club meeting coming up then and I have to look halfway decent!!!!

T-storms all day today and still bogged down with other things, so I hope to get started tomorrow.

Let me tell you about my day yesterday....im in ohio and it was like 70 degrees.  So I get up take my son to school teach my spinning class and have an hour swim on the schedule after that.  Did 45 min of swim felt tired in the left arm and that is the one I had surgery on 2 years ago so I will listen to it for now.  I left the gym and start heading to my toy store knowing I had some packages to mail before opening and the biggest case of SPRING FEVER hit me and I just couldnt fight it off.  Now I had the flu last month...made it to work everyday even feeling like crap but this SPRING FEVER I just could keep it away.....so I closed my store for the day!! I took my bike out to the forest and did the first loop of the Desota Triple T course for the HIM race.  I needed the outside ride and the hills did kick my a**......it was totally worth it!  Very glad I did it...today it is cool and rainy and yulky and suppose to get colder.  I was so tempted to put on the closed sign due to Spring Fever but everyone doesnt have my personality!

Ok.......down to 167 exactly.  Hope this is a sign that it is gonna start dropping again.....has been a couple weeks now at 168.4 so it feels good to see it down.  Yesterday I actually weighed in at 166.7 but that was after teaching a 45 min spin class a 60 min run and then another 45 min bike so figured I lost some fluids there.  :-)

Hope everyone has a great week!

Where did everyone go?  Weighed in this morning at 166.2.  Gosh in 6.3 pounds I will be in the fifties!  Spring is coming finally.  Suppose to be in the 50's here today so the snow will all melt then 60's tomorrow.  Going to do my run this evening outside after work........Looking forward to it!

Sorry I have been MIA lately. I have a ton of good excuses, but they are just that, excuses. Will get back to the weigh-ins this week.

Sorry for being MIA guys. I'm still around. Still wanting to lose weight, still needing to lose weight and I plan to. Have been doing a lot, just not in the workout arena, but trust me, I'm still here.

Up to my original starting weight. Not sure what is going on, but I'll just keep working out and see what happens. Maybe my body wants to be at this weight.

I am still stuck between 161.4 and 163.8.......I cant seem to get below 161.4?  I never have been below except maybe in grade school I guess!  I'm training like a freak and eating really well.....maybe I'm not eating enough?  I just want it to jump start again!  I want to be in my 50's!
