You know, I have a hard enough time as a beginner! Crap! JC, If you could wait for me after the swim I was wondering if you could tow me during the bike part? Ha! I'll bring a rope... Think of what a great workout you would get...

Just make sure that you are enough bike lengths away to not get DQd for drafting. Never heard of anyone getting a DQ for towing.

got my room booked at the american best. Super 8 did not have anymore non smoking rooms. Oh well. Very nervouse. Wish I had done more you know the drill. Me and my girlfriend should be at the dinner the night before. I would love to be a tag along so I am not completly lost the day of( Set up and such). Just finish right. I am still not sure about the swim. I am a big fella and those lanes are gonna get very cramped with more than one swimmer in them. OK back to work for me. I'm easy to spot. Big Guy 6ft 240lbs red hair or whats left of the hair. lol say hi. I dont have any BT shirts or anything like that.

plan to take a longer than normal T1 to put some clothes on, and make sure you're as dry as possible.  comfort will always trump a 15 second faster transition

Go faster so you can get your post-race warm clothes on sooner!

Seriously, layers that are easy to get on when you are sopping wet.

Hey good peeps - wish you well in Athens - won't be there ... I broke a bone in my foot yesterday.

Air-cast (I bought crutches separately) and 6-8 weeks healing time.

I'll come back to read race reports.

Headed to take my Tylenol now - g'night
