kellc09 - 2008-04-04 8:32 AM Looks like sun and warm for the race?? seriously? Just when I was getting used to all this crap weather That will be nice if it stays that way! Hopefully I can find some of you out there. I plan to be in my Infinite Multisport tri shorts, maybe top (if its warm enough early enough), and white Infinite hat. OUr uniforms are yellow/black, so fairly hard to miss even if im only in the shorts Am I still looking for mullets guys?? Kellie

It doesn't really matter what we wear... we are loud enough that you will know who we are from 10 miles away.

good to know Especially since my eyes suck!

It's open as of this afternoon and most of the rain has left the area, so we should be all set.

FYI,

The marathon will still use Hines even if there is *some* water on the road. While it's not hte best of circumstances, it's a better option than loops in Dearborn. The rest of the weekend is supposed to be dry so you should be ok, but I'd send a scout out on Saturday AM to see if it's still wet.

If it's wet and you are lucky enough to have some one jock strapping for you, plant them around Inkster or Middlebelt with dry shoes and socks for you if you are doing the full. Wet shoes and lots of miles can be blister city.

Awesome day, fantastic race, great peeps. Special shout out to Matt and Ranger (wait, let's not forget Ranger's dad) who all took that race by the neck and just killedit. Congratulations, all, and thanks for the good times.

I just reread my race report.  Uh, I must have been half comatose when I typed that.  Lots of mistakes, and I am NOT giving up running forever.

I better start proofreading my stuff before I push the post button.
