50 minutes bike trainer. My knee felt great until the last 5 minutes, which is why I didn't do the whole hour as I had planned.

How did I beat Jack here today?

10 mins on the bike but up a level and 25 mins doing the run jog - that'll be SOOOO much easier when I'm 40 pounds lighter or so!!!
note to self. Smoothie yes, fries no.

I decided to chill today. My shoulders are hurting a little from training on the rower yesterday and I have that tired feeling in my eyes.

I get up at "oh-my-God-it's-early" o'clock. That's 4AM on Tuesdays & Thursdays. M,W,F I get to sleep in til 6

I am out the door before 6:30 on T & Th, so if I don't do something before I leave, it won't geet done. I won't get home til about 5:30.

My 18 yr old gets herself off to just wherever the hell it is she goes (just kidding, she goes to work) and has gotten herself up for years. Part of my whole "tough love" plan with her. The youngest, Matt, is home sick today. So from school 55 miles away and in between classes, I have gotten him to the dr, called the pharmacy with my credit card information, and now have grandparents on their way to check on him. There was just no way I could miss 6 classes today, I have 2 tests on Thursday.

My 12:15 class is cancelled, so here I am, caffeinated and ready for the next one at 1:40. Don't forget, I do this INSTEAD of working (just don't tell my husband that!) LOL

Swim this morning - 1000 meters, 27 min.  Getting better, legs are still useless in the water.

Weights this evening.  Can hardly contain my enthusiasm about that.

Today was swim day. 1/2 hour in the pool doing 4x50's and my fin workout. Then 1 hour of pilates (which I love).

First day back in the pool after 10 days! I bought gigantic earplugs and ear drops, so hopefully I won't get swimmers ear again.
1700m total - warmup, drills, ladder freestyle workout, cooldown. About 45 min in all

a bit of shoulder workout on the weight machine

43 minutes jog/walk for 3 miles. I know, I know, that is dead slow even for me, but I did not even want to go to the gym this morning I was so darned tired. At least I did it and I feel that much better for it.

Did the workout on the 10th, but didn't have time to post until today.  Ran 3 miles (actually walked ~1/2 of the last mile) in a.m.; biked to swim team practice and home (30 miles round trip) and swam 2200 yds (nearly killed myself on that one!).  I smell a rest day on the 11th!
