Master 1494    Kingston Ontario | Subject: RE: Around the Bay 30k My training was going fine until I got sick last weekend. I missed a 2 hour long run...uh oh....hopefully can make it up this weekend. My goal is to run anything past 18km. In the past 8 years I have never been able to do that without being injured. 30k will be big excitement if it happens |
