Month 2, week 1 of "20 Week Olympic - 2X Balanced" my pool will be closed for maintenance. How should I handle the 2 missed swims? Bricks when pool is open to catch up?

At the point that you are at in the plan, I would not worry about it.  You could substitute bike or run if you want.

To be honest, I wouldn't worry too much about 2 missed swims, in the context of a 20 week program.  I'd be more concerned with not swimming for a solid week.  If you are able to find another pool that you could go to, do that.  If not, I wouldn't feel the need to do 4 or 5 swims the next week to "catch up."

Others may differ on this.

Just do some extra biking or running if you are able.  Don't worry about the 'missed' swims.

up the bike and run volume a little... add in some strength training... its not going to hurt you too much so long as you keep up the total volume.

One week shouldn't be a big deal.  Try to get in an extra swim right before the pool closure, maybe add in a short extra swim the week after if you'd like.  As others have suggested, some extra biking (or possibly running) is a good substitute.  Extra biking is probably easier for your body to absorb if you aren't already a big runner.

It is out of your control. Don't sweat it.

You could always do 30mins of resistance band work simulating the freestyle stroke, in lieu of your missed swim practice. I suggest doing it in front of a mirror - good way for you to see what your stroke looks like.
