Subject: NEW JOB!!!
Hey everyone! Sorry I have been ignoring some of you… I haven’t really. I have just been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest the last 2 weeks. Good news though, I just got a new position in my company, I just transferred from being an Admissions Counselor to a Business Development Specialist in my company! I have wanted to do this for quite a while. Sitting at my desk all day dialing a phone drives me nuts and is probably 80% of why I am overweight! Anyways, now I will be representing the company outside the office at trade shows and things like that. I will also be taking on a consulting role slowly over time which is really exciting because I am only 8 months from finishing my MBA and that is what I really want to be doing… Anyways, Lots going on… I also just interviewed for admission into the companies management training program and will find out if I am starting that too some time after Christmas. Anyways, the baby has been going insane all night and the in-laws are coming for Christmas so I have lots to do. Hopefully I will get to run outside today though… The log book is looking a little empty. I can’t wait until January when things slow down a bit and I can get back to training as usual.

Brad,

Congratulations on the new position.  And good luck with your MBA.  I finished my MBA in 2003 and it was a fantastic feeling; very worthwhile.

Congratulations on the new job! I can totally relate, as I have accepted a new job back in late Oct/ early Nov. and ever since have been busy getting everything situated. Not to mention that it requires a move from Illinois to Washington state, continuing my current job, the holidays, boyfriend, friends, etc. The list goes on and on. I can hardly wait to move and get settled so I can have some time to myself before I acutally start the new job.

Congratualtions again!
