Stupid St. Louis conference. I'm flying out at O'Dark thirty. I'll have to catch you guys when I get back. Hotel has a pool, I've looked at a bunch of trails for runs and I've rented a bike so I'm set for the week! Be safe out there!

Yes he is my dad, but he dient whoop my at cultas, it was like a minute. We came out of the water at like the exact same time. then he got like 3 minutes on the bike, then i chased him down like 2 minutes of the run, but it just wasent enough.
