Aside from the obvious (Racing and hard training in the summer sun):

Possible Surf Trip to Fiji or maybe Bali. I am not in charge of planning the trip but have been invited to join the group. My friend who is planning it has a knack for finding good surf in some pretty cool places.

A few years ago he took us to a spot called "Lacerations" that had some of the best surf

Also planning on joining some of my club mates for one of the summer regatas out to the Islands. (Hopefully Santa Cruz since this my favorite) Sailing has been sorely neglected since I started training to go long a couple of years ago.

Lunch cooked on the rail and sleeping to the rhythm of the sea is like nothing else

June - Danskin Triathlon in Southern Cal.  This will be my first Tri this year, second Tri ever.

July - I'm volunteering as a Cabin Counselor for a week at The Painted Turtle, which is a summer camp for children with life-threatening illnesses.  I will be there for the hemophilia/blood disease week.  I cannot believe how excited I am and how much I'm looking forward to it.  I volunteered for a weekend in April and had a great time.

September - My niece is getting married in Tahoe.  From there we go to Reno for the Great Reno Balloon Races.  Family will be out from Indiana so it will be exciting to share this with them.

As for the rest of the summer, I'm looking forward to spending time with friends, swimming a lot (recreationally in the backyard), BBQs, good summer salads and dropping more weight.
