My goal, just 50 but running is about all I intend to do this month. That and some T.I.T.S, very little of that though. I am just trying to get my MOJO back.

I see some of my ex-teammates & friends on the Werewolves, but that won't stop the Massive Monsters from kickin' butt.

That monster looks like it has the "run down" feeling....

Got a kid birthday today, so I'm not sure how much I'll get in.

 My goal is 35 miles for the month, combination of running and walking (w/ the dog). It's not much of a goal, but I shouldn't have any trouble (as long as I don't leave myself 10 miles to run on Halloween night!)

Got six miles in at lunchtime today.  My first six mile run under one hour, hit my 6 mile mark at 58:30.  I know its not fast but for me thats blazing.  Must be the werewolve in me.

While all these other groups are busy posting pictures it looks like we are just going out there and getting-r-done though I have to admit that last wicked arts picture is kinda hot. 

Who said anything about working the rest of the day?  Of course that has nothing to do with my run, just a severe lack of motivation after a long week. 

My best time before today was about a 10:15 pace.  Today everything just felt right, in fact I had a negative split.  Looking at your log, looks like you are right there.  My guess is you will hit a day when everything is going right and you will break an hour.  Keep up the good work.
