Subject: RE: Missed Long Bike - What to do...Yeah, you know, I was going to say, "why not get on the trainer for tonight for 6 hours." I mean you had a day off, it would be mind numbing, god knows it would be hell, but you get through that you could get through anything. If it was me, and with my limited training, if I missed a long ride I had scheduled I would have gone a little crazy and probably ended up on the trainer all night.
Then I looked at your logs and, well, I doubt you really NEED another 6 hours on the bike. Hell, the migraine might be your body's sign to start the taper just a little early.
